Classic three-week Summer on Stage Performance Camp: July 22-August 9, 2024, Monday-Friday, 9AM-4PM
Performance: August 8 at 7PM
Are you ready to create a brand-new play and perform it with friends onstage? Then “PREMIERE!” is the program for you. Campers take part in the traditional Summer on Stage experience, working as an ensemble to create, rehearse, and perform a world-premiere play in just three weeks!
Campers take exciting, age-appropriate classes in acting improvisation, movement and dance, and stagecraft, building and refining their theatre skills. Then, under the direction of professional theatre artists, they will create, rehearse, and present original plays. These young artists will experience the fullness of theatrefrom developing these new plays, creating imaginative props and costumes, and acting in a live world-premiere performance onstage for family and friends at the end of the session!
ALL SUMMER CAMPS WILL BE HELD IN A NEW LOCATION THIS YEAR
