Young Performers' Showcase

Young Performers' Showcase (ages 8-12) Mondays and Wednesdays, October 18 through November 3, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. (6 weeks) Cost: $175 Curtain up! Explore the world of acting as DTC invites you to an in-person course that gives young performers a chance to build their skills and share their talents for an audience! In the Young Performers' Showcase, students will delve into the physical and vocal artistry that goes into creating characters and building a performance, then learn and apply acting techniques in the rehearsal process as they prepare for a showcase of stories, monologues, and songs!*

*DTC will be implementing a safety plan for this course. The following protocols will be in place regardless of vaccination status of participants. Indoor mask-wearing is required and social distancing will be observed. The in-person audience will be required to be masked and will be limited in size to allow for social distancing; however, the performance will also be video recorded and posted online for sharing with family and friends. If a quarantine affecting the whole class is required, the class will continue on Zoom. Please see our website for additional safety protocols.
